Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-savvy Marketing Specialist to oversee digital content management, social media operations, cross-industry collaborations, and end-to-end marketing project execution in the East region. The ideal candidate will excel at social platform operations, content planning, partner coordination, and integrated online-offline campaign delivery, with strong copywriting, data analysis, and resource integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Operations
Manage official brand accounts across major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
Develop content calendars, craft engaging copy, create creative briefs, coordinate visual assets, and schedule content publishing.
Monitor social media performance, conduct data-driven campaign reviews, and deliver actionable optimization strategies.
Uphold consistent brand voice, boost user engagement, expand brand reach, and improve audience retention through high-quality content.
2. Cross-Industry Partnerships & Co-Marketing
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnership opportunities with brands, communities, student organizations, KOLs, and KOCs.
Align project timelines, communication workflows, and deliverables between internal and external partners.
Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of co-branded campaigns and large-scale online/offline collaborative events.
3. End-to-End Marketing Project Management
Take full ownership of B2C and B2B marketing projects, from strategy planning, resource allocation, and timeline control to final execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Business Development, Product, and Creative to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct post-project performance analysis, summarize insights, and drive continuous process and result optimization.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in social media operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of platform algorithms and operational logic for TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook, and other mainstream social channels.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce concise, engaging short-form content.
- Data-literate: familiar with key metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, retention, follower growth, and ROI; proficient in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and campaign analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills; able to drive projects independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in campaign planning, partnership execution, or public relations.
- Proven ability to integrate online and offline resources.
- Previous experience working with communities, campus organizations, or influencer networks.
