【Advertising Sales】岗位职责

客户开发与维护

  • 通过各种渠道主动开发潜在广告客户,建立客户资源库。
  • 定期拜访现有客户,维护客户关系,确保客户的长期合作

广告产品销售与执行

  • 负责销售广告产品,尤其是针对本地生活服务等行业客户,推广站内广告资源和整合营销方案。
  • 与客户沟通广告需求,结合公司产品和资源,制定个性化的广告投放方案。
  • 协调公司内部资源,确保广告项目的顺利实施和投放效果。

销售目标达成

  • 依据公司的销售目标,执行个人销售计划,按时完成销售业绩。
  • 分析客户的广告需求,提供有效的广告解决方案,推动广告销售订单的达成。

合同谈判与签订

  • 与客户就广告投放价格、周期、形式等进行商务谈判,确保合同签订顺利。
  • 跟踪合同执行过程,确保按时收款及完成合同条款的约定。
  • 定期收集客户反馈,分析广告投放效果,为客户提供优化建议。

内部协作

  • 与公司内部团队(如市场部、设计部、销售部等)紧密合作,确保广告项目顺利推进。
  • 配合外卖业务部门进行广告资源位的协调和设置

岗位要求:

  • 一年以上销售经验,有互联网销售,商务谈判类工作经验者优先优先考虑;
  • 优秀的英语口语沟通与谈判的能力,拓展能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及挖掘客户能力,对目标有强烈的达成意向;
  • 较快融入团队,配合团队完成销售和项目跟进,具备在较强压力下出色完成任务的能力;
  • 熟悉电脑操作,熟练使用Excel、PPT等各类办公软件
薪酬架构:base + commission base 销售额提成, 上不封顶
