Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management: Oversee citywide GMV, revenue, and market share by effectively managing the business operations team to achieve sales goals.
Market Strategy Execution: Develop and implement market strategies, setting targets and making financial decisions to drive results.
Partner Network Expansion: Grow the partner network, support partner development, and ensure reliable delivery services.
Market Dynamics Monitoring: Track market trends and proactively address market challenges.
Team Capability Building: Train and guide team members to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily city operations to ensure smooth execution and goal achievement.
Sales Target Execution: Implement sales strategies by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, resolving partner issues, and increasing partner satisfaction.
Team Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular team performance reviews to ensure targets are met and support team development.
Job requirements:
- Proven skills in team building and management, with experience in city expansion and promotional initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation abilities, with strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt to challenges with resilience and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with a proactive approach to accepting and overcoming challenges.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.

销售绩效管理: 负责所在城市的 GMV、收入和市场份额,通过高效管理业务运营团队实现销售目标。
市场策略执行: 制定并落实市场策略,设定目标并做出财务决策。
合作伙伴拓展: 扩大合作伙伴网络,支持其业务发展,确保可靠的配送服务。
市场动态监控: 跟踪市场趋势,主动解决市场问题。
团队能力提升: 培训和指导团队成员,提高组织效能。
日常运营管理: 监督城市的日常运营工作,推动业务目标达成。
销售目标执行: 执行销售策略,发展新客户并维护现有客户,积极解决商家问题,提高商家满意度。
团队绩效评估: 定期进行团队表现评估,确保目标达成并支持团队发展。
职位要求
- 具备团队建设和管理能力,有城市拓展和推广经验。
- 优秀的谈判能力,具备较强的人际理解、沟通和协调能力。
- 能适应挑战,具有良好的抗压能力,并在压力下保持冷静。
