岗位职责：

1.负责公司小红书的文案撰写和日常运营管理工作；
2.负责拓展新媒体资源，规划建立和推广公司品牌；
3.配合公司各种线下活动在互动平台上的推广，并对策划执行过程进行全程督导；
4.利用专业数据分析工具分析社会化媒体运营指标，提高运营效率与效果,并负责粉丝管理；
5.参与部门的文案和活动策划，对互动产品提出改进建议并跟进执行。

岗位要求：

• 有新媒体内容营销相关工作经验者优先；
• 熟悉小红书等新兴网络媒体的传播特点，熟悉网络语言的写作特点；
• 具有良好的文字功底和较宽的知识面，对于市场推广与品牌建设具有一定的理解和认识；
• 熟练使用电脑办公软件，具备一定的图片编辑能力；
• 乐于接受新鲜事物，头脑灵活，具备良好的数据分析能力和文字表达能力，善于策划线上推广活动。

Job duties：
1. Responsible for the copy-writing and daily operation management of the company's platform；
2. Responsible for expanding new media resources, planning to establish and promote the company's brand;
3. Cooperate with the promotion of various offline activities of the company on the interactive platform, and supervise the whole process of planning and execution;
4. Use professional data analysis tools to analyze social media operation indicators, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and be responsible for fan management;
5. Participate in the department's copy-writing and event planning, put forward suggestions for improvement of interactive products and follow up implementation.

Job requirements:
1. Work experience related to new media content marketing is preferred;
2. Familiar with the communication characteristics of emerging online media such as Weibo, WeChat, Red, and the writing characteristics of online languages;
3. Have good writing skills and broad knowledge, and have a certain understanding and knowledge of marketing and brand building;
4. Proficiency in using computer office software, with certain photo editing capabilities;
5. Be willing to accept new things, have a flexible mind, have good data analysis skills and text expression skills, and be good at planning online promotion activities.
